The following are Pentaland Store general ”Terms and Conditions of Trade”. Unless you have been advised of any specific variation in writing by Pentaland Store, these general ”Terms and Conditions of Trade” apply to all dealing with Pentaland Store.

a) The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the Site. The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question. Governing Law and Forum Selection Clause: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Singapore, not with standing any conflict of laws principles.

b) Any law suit or other claim arising out of, or in connection with this Agreement (or relating to any business transaction Pentaland Store or any affiliate must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Singapore. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order and this Sale Agreement or any terms and conditions on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of this Sale Agreement and our invoice shall control.

c) All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Pentaland Store reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer's price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. Pentaland Store uses its best efforts to put accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but Pentaland Store makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. Pentaland Store assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.

d) All information contained in our web pages is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing. Errors such as misprints or omissions are excepted. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections anytime in prices, products and specifications without notice. If we have made an error in pricing, we will notify you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel.

e) In no circumstances are we liable for special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind including any loss of profit or of contract, even if you advise us of any special circumstances or such loss was reasonably foreseeable. This includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any computer viruses or anything else that may interfere with or damage the operation of your computer system.

f) Product images used on this website are for illustration purposes only and actual items may vary in appearance. Package contents are at the discretion of the manufacturer and may vary from those described from time to time. We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may be incurred by any person acting in reliance upon this information. All brands, logos, images and names are trademarks of their respective companies

g) Although we strive keep the web site 100% accurate, it is inevitable that errors will occur. In the event of a error, we reserve the right to correct them. Some product may be limited to on hand product only. Our prices listed on the site are in $USD and do not include taxes or shipping charges.


Orders are not binding upon Pentaland until accepted and confirmed by Pentaland. Once an order has been placed and accepted by Pentaland, the order is not cancelable unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. The order can be cancelled only on the following conditions;

We accept payments via Bank Wire Transfer TT and Western Union Only
Do not accept online COD.
Shipping will be made after the payments have been cleared

The Customer is responsible for sales taxes associated based on His/Her city rule.
All shipping dates are approximate and are subject to the availability of goods and receipt of all necessary information.

Note: Some items might be posted as ”In Stock” on our web site that are not available for shipping, as we process limited quantity orders on first come first serve bases and it may take time to update the stock status on our website.
No insurance is available on 'Clearance Corner Items'.
All Clearance Corner Items fall under 'No Return Policy'.
No coupons or promotions can be applied to Clearance Corner Items.
